About the role
The Operations Manager coordinates planning, budgeting, and delivery of operational and capital projects across Coffs Coast Holiday Parks. Coffs Coast Holiday Parks are made up of four award winning holiday parks located on the beautiful Coffs coast. The role manages capital works, procurement, contractor compliance, and development initiatives aligned with strategic goals. It leads staff performance, maintains high customer service standards, and fosters a collaborative team culture.
About you
You hold a degree in Business or a related field, with strong experience in Holiday Park or Operations Management. You're confident managing contractors, leading multi-site teams, and driving high standards in customer service and safety. Your skills include budgeting, staff supervision, WHS knowledge, and effective communication across all levels.
